The Texas Open sees Ernie Els as 12/1 market leader with 888sport on his first start in this event but as it is a new course for the Texan Open, none of the field will have a big advantage which is in The Big Easy’s favour. I think John Rollins at 35/1 with Bet365 having played some solid golf so far this season is decent each way value in an open event.
In Europe it is not the strongest field ahead of next weeks star studied BMW at Wentworth for The Mallorca Open but offers Chris Wood a chance to gain a much deserved title, available at 16/1 with Betfred while Sam Hutsby also has a great chance on a course that will suit and looks a big price at 55/1 with Bet365.
