Coral make Frankel their 4-7 favourite for one of the most fascinating renewals of the Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket on Saturday
The high street giant reckons an impressive victory will see him become the first odds-on winter favourite for the Guineas for many years.
Frankel already dominates the ante post markets for both the 2000 Guineas (2/1 favourite with Coral) and the Derby (5/2 favourite withCoral).
“Normally a horse has to win the Dewhurst to go into the Winter as the 2-1 favourite for the Guineas, yet Frankel is already that short in the betting now”, Coral‘s Simon Clare told betrescue.com
“If Frankel beats the likes of Saamidd and Dream Ahead in good style on Saturday he will almost certainly go odds-on for the Guineas and I can’t remember the last time that has happened”, added Clare.
