Back Grecians For 3 Points

In League One, Exeter are a tempting 13/10 with Totesport to edge out MK Dons as they look to get back to winning ways.

A last-minute winner for League One leaders Brighton saw them edge out Exeter at St James’ Park on Monday but that was only the Grecians second home defeat of the campaign and they can get back to winning ways on Saturday, on their own patch, where they entertain MK Dons.

The visitors have lost nine out of eleven on their travels and have won just once on the road since the campaign’s opening day. They also went down at struggling Yeovil last time out so there’s little to suggest that Karl Robinson’s side can get over their travel sickness in Devon.

Totesport’s 13/10 for Exeter to rack up a sixth home win of the season catches the eye then and as eight out of ten of the Grecians matches at St James’ Park have produced three or more goals, this one can follow suit (10/11, William Hill). Bolder punters can combine the two outcomes at Partybets, who offer 13/5 for an Exeter success in a match featuring more than 2.5 goals.

Having ended 2010 without a victory in six, Rochdale have made a flying start to 2011, seeing off Tranmere and then becoming the first team this season to beat Oldham in their own backyard. Keith Hill’s side can are therefore in decent shape as they head to struggling Dagenham and Redbridge and at 9/5 (Coral) they’re decent value, although it could be worth insuring against a stalemate at Victoria Road, where ‘Dale are 21/20 with William Hill, ‘Draw No Bet’.

Finally, Walsall parted company with boss Chris Hutchings in midweek but we don’t think it will lead to an immediate upturn in their fortunes at Tranmere. Rovers managed a third win in six as they edged out Carlisle on Monday and aided by home advantage they’re 2.05 (21/20) (Betdaq) to overcome the rock-bottom Saddlers.

Recommended Bets:
Exeter to beat MK Dons and over 2.5 goals in the match – 13/5 (Partybets)
Rochdale to beat Dagenham ‘Draw No Bet’ – 21/20 (William Hill)
Tranmere to beat Walsall – 2.05 (21/20) (Betdaq)
