Last year’s winner Don’t Push It is set to carry joint-top weight of 11st 10lb alongside Neptune Collonges, who was last seen when taking the Argento Chase at Cheltenham back in January. Don’t Push It is a 20/1 shot with totesport whilst Neptune Collonges is slightly bigger at 25/1.
“Don’t Push It took the bookies to the cleaners twelve months ago after Mon Mome’s 100/1 shock the previous year but the 2011 renewal looks wide-open at the moment and we can’t separate Ballabriggs and Niche Market at the head of the market,” said totesport spokesman George Primarolo.
Last year’s fourth Big Fella Thanks is next in the market at 20/1 alongside Welsh National winner Synchronised, Scottish National winner Merigo and the Irish-trained pair of Oscar Time and The Midnight Club. There are several horses priced up at 25/1, including last year’s third-placed horse State Of Play
