Live on Skysports 4: Fri 20.00: Novak Djokovic is heavy 1/9 fav with William Hill to beat Mardy Fish and make the final of the Miami Masters.
Djokovic has been in stunning form in 2011, winning everything he has entered, and he is yet to drop a set at this year’s Miami Masters.
Yet another 2-0 victory, this time over Mardy Fish in the semi, is just 1.33 (1/3) with Betdaq. Fish did well to stop Ferrer in his tracks in the quarter final with a comfortable win and perhaps he can sneak a set; a 2-1 defeat for Fish is 7/2 at Ladbrokes.
Djokovic is now even money to win overall (888sport) and will face either Nadal or Federer in the final, should he progress.
In that semi, scheduled for 02.00 Saturday morning, Roger Federer is 11/8 with Betfred to overcome Rafa Nadal. Federer has the slight advantage that he only played 3 games against Simon before retirement but Rafael Nadal has proven his quality by beating Thomas Berdych. A narrow Nadal 2-1 win is 3/1 with Paddy Power.
