United 15/2 To Disarm Gunners

The Daily Star’s Chief Football writer, Danny Fullbrook, reckons both United and City will get three points in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tottenham v Man City, Sun 28th, 13:30, ESPN
Manchester City against Spurs has been a massive game in the last 2 seasons because it has helped determine the Champions League places. This will be one hell of an attacking game so go for four goals or more at 2/1 with Betfred.

I doubt Adebayor will start on Sunday but Aguero will and he looks brilliant, as could Nasri. In the end though I think City will show up Tottenham’s defensive frailties in the same way that United did and Roberto Mancini’s team will have three wins in a row, 6/4 with Paddy Power, but it might take a 3-2 away win to do it (28/1, Boylesports).

Man Utd v Arsenal, Sun 28th, 16:00, Skysports 1
Well there is no doubt about what the big game of the weekend is. It is amazing to think that Arsenal have had 2 such tough games at the start of the season with Liverpool and Manchester United. For me Fergie’s fledglings were nowhere near as impressive as people made out against Spurs, and it looked more like a Tottenham capitulation than anything. United clearly have a strong squad but I’m not sure how many gamebreakers they have.

Arsenal now can’t be truly considered until they have spent the money they have received for Nasri and Fabregas. They looked great midweek but they will be missing Song and Gervinho again due to suspension which is a huge blow. It looks like a second Premier League defeat in a row for the Gunners, United are 8/15 with Totesport to win. United to score first through Rooney (9/2, ) and I think the final result will be 2-1, backable at 15/2 with Stan James.
