Oscar Whisky, last season’s Champion Hurdle third, is even money favourite with Coral for Saturday’s Coral Hurdle in the opening show.
Overturn is the 11-4 second favourite, ahead of the Paul Nicholls-trained pair of King Of The Night and Celestial Halo, 7-2 and 6-1 respectively.
“Oscar Whisky’s Cheltenham and Aintree runs set the standard as far as the betting for Saturday’s race is concerned, although Overturn is a former Galway Hurdle winner and so cannot be dismissed, while King Of The Night would be stepping up in class but won very easily at Kempton last time,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
