Daniel Ayala and Zak Whitbread are both back in training for NORWICH but the pair aren’t ready for a return yet while James Vaughan (knee) and Elliot ward (knee) remain out for the potentially unchanged Canaries.

Blackburn v Chelsea
Scott Dann misses out for BLACKBURN after failing to shake off a calf injury and he joins Vince Grella (hip), Ryan Nelsen (knee) and Michel Salgado (hamstring) in the treatment room but David Dunn and Junior Hoilett are both fit. CHELSEA’s Didier Drogba is suspended but Jon Obi Mikel is available after a back injury and Hilario has recovered from illness if required.

Liverpool v Swansea
LIVERPOOL captain Steven Gerrard (ankle) is again facing a spell on the sidelines, Alex Doni (hand) is out and Jamie Carragher (calf) faces a fitness test while up front Luis Suarez is set to partner Andy Carroll again. SWANSEA will be without a raft of players including Ferry Bodde, Steven Caulker (both knee) and Stephen Dobbie (ankle) but Kemy Agustien could make the bench.

Man United v Sunderland
UNITED midfielder Tom Cleverley (ankle) joins Michael Owen (thigh), Ryan Giggs (hamstring), Chris Smalling and Ashley Young (both foot) on the sidelines while Anderson (leg) must be assessed but Rafael could make the bench. SUNDERLAND ‘keeper Simon Mignolet faces a long lay-off with a facial injury, David Vaughan (groin) is a doubt and John O’Shea (hamstring) is out.

QPR v Man City
Akos Buzsaky (Achilles) is a major doubt for QPR along with Fitz Hall (hamstring) while Armand Traore and Shaun Derry hope to overcome slight knocks and Adel Taraabt should recover from illness. CITY midfielder David Silva (back) will be assessed up until the day along with Owen Hargreaves, who is returning from a calf complaint, but captain Vincent Kompany is suspended.

Wolves v Wigan (Sunday)
Steven Fletcher (calf) has failed to recover for WOLVES and will not return until after the international break, Ronald Zubar (groin) is also out but Jody Craddock is back in training and will be monitored. WIGAN’s Gary Caldwell serves a one-game ban after picking up a fifth yellow card while Momo Diame (ankle) has an “outside chance” of playing according to Roberto Martinez.

Bolton v Stoke (Sunday)
BOLTON’s extensive list of absentees includes the suspended Ricardo Gardner, Dedryck Boyata (ankle), Stuart Holden (knee) and Tyrone Mears (leg) but Kevin Davies is pushing for inclusion. Cameron Jerome and Jonathan Woodgate return to the STOKE squad after missing the Europa League trip to Israel, Ryan Shawcross (groin) also didn’t travel and his fitness will be checked.

Fulham v Tottenham (Sunday)
FULHAM pair Philippe Senderos and Aaron Hughes are set to miss out with thigh injuries, while Simon Davies (knee) won’t face his former club. TOTTENHAM will ring the changes after their midweek European game but Tom Huddlestone (ankle), Niko Kranjcar (thigh) and Michael Dawson (Achilles) are out and boss Harry Redknapp is recovering at home after heart surgery.
