Check on all the latest injury news ahead of this weekend’s Premier League fixtures before you place your bets.

Blackburn v QPR
BLACKBURN welcome back Yakubu from suspension but Gael Givet starts his three-match ban while Christopher Samba (hamstring) and Michel Salgado (rib) are sidelined. QPR are short up front as Djibril Cisse is suspended and DJ Campbell (hamstring), Heidar Helguson (groin) and Jay Bothroyd (groin) are all out while full back Luke Young (hamstring) will also miss out.

Bolton v Wigan
BOLTON are expecting Joe Riley to be fit for the weekend and Gretar Steinsson could also make a return ahead of schedule but Marcos Alonso (foot), Ricardo Gardner and Stuart Holden (both knee) are all out. Roberto Martinez has a question mark over WIGAN’s Franco Di Santo (knock) but Antolin Alcaraz (groin) is fit again and Shaun Maloney could find a place on the bench.

Everton v Chelsea
Jack Rodwell has resumed full training with EVERTON and could be set for a start as Tim Cahill (ankle) is doubtful while pair Seamus Coleman (thigh) and Phil Jagielka (knee) will have to assessed on the day. CHELSEA are still without John Terry and Ramires (both knee) but Frank Lampard and John Obi Mikel both return to fitness but Didier Drogba remains at the African Cup.

Fulham v Stoke
Pavel Progrebnyak could make his FULHAM debut after receiving a work permit and could partner the retuning Andrew Johnson up front but Orlando Sa (hamstring) and Steve Sidwell (groin) remain sidelined. Robert Huth starts his suspension for STOKE after failing to win an appeal and Mamady Sidibe (knee) is the only other absentee as Cameron Jerome returns from a slight knock.

Man United v Liverpool
Tom Cleverley and Nani are pushing for a return for UNITED but Phil Jones (ankle) is doubtful, Chris Smalling’s knock will be assessed and Nemanja Vidic (knee) is sidelined. LIVERPOOL’s injury list has all but gone as Jose Enrique should be available at full-back and Jack Robinson is fit again so just Lucas Leiva (knee) is out injured and up front Luis Suarez should start.

Sunderland v Arsenal
SUNDERLAND are without defenders Wes Brown (knee) and Titus Bramble (Achilles) and Lee Cattermole (hamstring) and David Vaughan (ankle) are missing from midfield while Stephane Sessegnon (knock) is a major doubt. ARSENAL’s Kieran Gibbs (hernia) has not yet recoverd and he misses out along with Jack Wilshere (ankle), Abou Diaby (knock) and Gervinho (African Cup).

Swansea v Norwich
Brendan Rodgers has very few problems in his SWANSEA side as Andrea Orlandi (hamstring) is the only absentee along with long-term absentee Ferrie Bodde (knee), whose season has been ruled out. Zak Whitbread (hamstring) is NORWICH’s main doubt ahead of the weekend a while Decland Rudd (ankle), Daniel Ayala (hamstring) and Elliot Ward (knee) are all out.

Tottenham v Newcastle
SPURS boss Harry Redknapp returns to the dugout this weekend but will be without William Gallas (calf) but he is boosted by the possible return of Rafael van der Vaart, Younes Kaboul, Aaron Lennon and Jermain Defoe. Yohan Cabaye is suspended for NEWCASTLE, Steven Taylor (Achilles) and Sylvain Marveaux (groin) are sidelined and Leon Best (knee) faces three months out.

Aston Villa v Man City – Sun
ASTON VILLA are working on the fitness of Gabriel Agbonlahor (hamstring) and he will last minute while Marc Albrighton, Stephen Ireland and James Collins are back but Chris Herd (ankle) sits out. CITY are without the suspended Mario Balotelli and the Toure brothers are still on African Cup duty but captain Vincent Kompany and Samir Nasri return from slight knocks.

Wolves v West Brom – Sun
Michael Kightly (back) misses out for WOLVES again and captain Karl Henry serves a ban while David Edwards (thigh) and Jamie O’Hara (groin) are both touch and go after missing training midweek. WEST BROM are likely to be without Graham Dorrans (hip) and Chris Brunt (ankle) is a definite absentee but there are hopes striker Shane Long will be fit after a bout of illness.
