Betfred have installed Clash Duff and West End Rocker as 8/1 joint market leaders for Saturday’s Betfred Midlands Grand National.
It was a win in the Betfred Becher Chase at Aintree since West End Rocker was last seen and Clash Duff has not had a run since winning the Devon National at Exeter for the Jeremy Scott stable.
“Both Clash Duff and West End Rocker have won big marathon handicaps in the past and are cast-iron stayers in a race where stamina will be at a premium,” said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo
There are a host of horses behind the joint-favourite on the 10/1 mark which include Eider Chase runner-up Posh Bird and David Pipe’s Sona Sasta.
