Wales are 2/5 with Ladbrokes to pick up the Six Nations Grand Slam (2/1 for no winner) while Scotland are 13/8 for the wooden spoon.
Mathematically England can still win the Championship and they are 25/1 outsiders but at 1/200, Wales look to have the Six Nations tied up.
A Welsh Grand Slam win at 2/5 will cost Ladbrokes a cool £250,000 payout to devoted punters.
Italy are odds-on (8/15) to pick up the wooden spoon with Scotland quoted at 13/8.
Stuart Lancaster has also seen his odds cut to even money after leading England to their first win on French turf since 2008. Nick Mallett is also quoted at evens to take charge once the tournament comes to an end.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “We’re already nervous about next weekend. Wales have pretty much got both titles in the bag and we’re not anticipating any punters to bet against them any time soon.”
