BetVictor have cut Tiger Woods from 13/2 to 7/2 to land next month’s Masters after he clinched the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill.
BetVictor spokesman Charlie McCann said; ” Some can argue that Woods is now too short for Augusta given the four-time Masters Champion has not worn the coveted Green Jacket since 2005 but since then he has finished runner up twice, 3rd, tied for 4th twice and no worse than tied for 6th in 2009. He may never dominate the sport as he did previously but Augusta is a course that suits him perfectly and, with his confidence high after his first win on the PGA Tour since late 2009, we think whoever finishes above Woods will win the Masters.”
