Birmingham and Cardiff are currently both occupying a play-off place and both look set to cement their respective positions in the top six with victories this weekend.
The Blues have won three of their last four, a draw at promotion-chasing West Ham the other result in that quartet so they should be in decent enough shape to get the better of relegation-threatened Bristol City at St Andrews, where Ladbrokes make Chris Hughton’s side 1/2 favourites.
The Bluebirds head to Barnsley having drawn five of their previous six but their last away match saw them notch twice without reply at Middlesbrough and they subsequently appeal at 21/20 with Blue Square to edge out the struggling Tykes.
Finally, Derby still have an outside chance of gate crashing the play-offs and they look too big at 17/10 via BetVictor as they entertain a Middlesbrough side without a win in eight. The three teams meanwhile, combine in a treble at odds of 7/1 (Blue Square).
