The Daily Star’s Chief Football writer, Danny Fullbrook, gives his verdict on the five TV Premier League fixtures this weekend.
Swansea v Newcastle, Fri 6th Apr, 16.30, Skysports 1
The Toon Army are becoming a problem again and rightly so, they are 11/5 with BetVictor to win away at Swansea.
They are talented and could go all way to top four at the moment with another 2-0 away win, 14/1 courtesy of Paddy Power.
Sunderland v Tottenham, Sat 7th Apr, 12.45, Skysports 2
Sunderland will be rocked by the defeat by Everton in the Cup and I see them hitting the rocks at the moment at the end of a tough season so a Tottenham away win, 13/10 with Blue Square, and a Bale goal looks on the cards, 5/2 via Totesport.
Stoke v Wolves, Sat 7th Apr, 17.30, ESPN
As for Stoke v Wolves, well here is a real home banker at 4/6 (Boylesports) because the Black Country side have nowhere to go really. Stoke have produced enough good performances recently so they will have enough to overcome Wolves with a 2-0 home win, 15/2 with Coral. Betdaq put 7/4 on a win by two or more goals.
Man United v QPR, Sun 8th Apr, 13.30, Skysports 1
I just feel that QPR could pull off a 13/2 draw (bet365) against United (1/5 with Coral) with Zamora finally socring – he is 5/1 to score anytime with Skybet. But it will be 1-1, 14/1 with BetVictor.
Arsenal v Man City, Sun 8th Apr, 16.00, Skysports 1
By the time these two teams clash on Sunday there could be an 8 point gap between City and United.
