Live on Skysports 2: Thu 06.30: Peter Hanson is 14/1 with bet365 to win the China Open and faces a stiff challenge from 14/1 Ian Poulter.
Peter Hanson’s challenge at the Masters faded in the 4th round but he still stayed on to finish T3 and following a week’s break, he is worth considering at 14/1 (bet365) at the China Open.
Ian Poulter, with a 7th at the Masters under his belt, is the main challenge as Stan James’ 14/1 co-fav. Poulter will be many people’s pick and the tournament will likely be won by one of the two.
Defending champion Nicolas Colsaerts is next in the betting at 18/1 (Ladbrokes) while Francesco Molinari, with 5 consecutive top 20’s in recent weeks, is also 18/1 (William Hill) and is an each way fancy.
Finally Hennie Otto is on a fine run of form and he can follow up a T7 in Malaysia with another good showing, he has to be considered each way at 50/1 (Skybet)
