Betfred have made Bated Breath their 4/1 market leader for Saturday’s Betfred Temple Stakes at Haydock after the latest declarations.
Dream Ahead pipped Roger Charlton’s horse to the post in last year’s Betfred Sprint Cup but he has a good record at the course with two wins and a second place.
“Bated Breath went within a whisker of landing last season’s Betfred Sprint Cup and his record at Haydock suggests that connections have every right to be hopeful that he can go one better in the Temple Stakes this weekend,” said Betfred spokesman George Primarolo.
Sole Power, winner last year, is priced up next at 9/2 and following on at 7/1 are Prohibit and Tangerine Trees.
