Harry Redknapp is just 1/33 with Ladbrokes to be installed as the new manager of QPR in the wake of the sacking of Mark Hughes.
Rangers axed their manager on Friday after a dismal start to the season that sees them still without a win after a dozen matches and it quickly became apparent that punters think it’s all over bar the shouting in the race to replace Hughes.
The ex-Spurs boss was quickly backed in to 1/33 at Ladbrokes and nobody else was given a look in with Sven Goran Eriksson considered Redknapp’s nearest challenger at 10/1 and Roberto Di Matteo, recently sacked by Chelsea, a 20/1 shot.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes told Betrescue: “The money we’ve seen for Redknapp suggests he’s about to sign.”
