Charl Schwartzel is the obvious market leader for this weeks Joburg Open but is far too short on his opening start of 2013 to merit a serious wager he was similar price here last year and missed the cut.
George Coetzee is a winner waiting to happen although I was hoping for better than 8/1 (betvictor) it looks a big chance for him this week on a course which will play to his stengths.
Tommy Fleetwood (55/1 Bet365) caught my eye in Dubai last week and had a creditable top 10 finish he finished 6th in South African Open in November which was much more important as it meant he retained his card and at 66/1 this week he looks decent each way value.
Gareth Mulroy was runner up here in 2011 and should also give backers a decent run at 33/1 at Betfred.
This looks very open to me and I like Robert Garrigus at 30/1 with Skybet and Bryce Moulder at 70/1 with Stan James while JB Holmes can improve on two missed cuts this season where he has played far better than his scores suggest and is attempting each way play at 125/1 (Stan James).
