League Two strugglers Accrington have really started to turn things around of late, taking ten points from the last available dozen to move out of the relegation zone.
This week James Beattie’s improving side tackle the side that has replaced them in the bottom two, Torquay, and as it’s Stanley that enjoy home advantage, they simply have to be backed at a massive 11/8 with BetVictor to continue their revival.
The Gulls head north on the back of a run of just one league victory in eight attempts and it’s hard to see them turning things around against a buoyant Accrington outfit.
At the other end of the table, Stanley’s promotion-chasing neighbours Rochdale are in a three way tie for the lead, sitting third by virtue of an inferior goal difference alone and their success so far has been largely built around an outstanding home record.
Keith Hill’s boys have won six of their eight matches at Spotland and they look like a banker at 4/5 via Ladbrokes to make it seven victories as they entertain an Exeter side on a run of four straight league and cup defeats.
Double on Accrington and Rochdale – 13/4 (BetVictor)
