Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Tuesday; Sir Abbot in the Tipperary 14:55. Compare odds and bet.
Despite finding little off the bridle (had travelled well) at Killarney back in May Sir Abbot (2:55) remains a useful prospect judged on his bumper success and is given another chance at Tipperary on Tuesday.
The former point-to-point winner landed a Ballinrobe bumper in April, having shown promise behind Quickpick Vic in a Leopardstown maiden hurdle in January, and he ought to appreciate today’s better ground.
Robert Tyner has his string in fine form, saddling two winners and a second from his last four runners, so everything looks in place for Philip Enright’s mount.
Tuesday’s selection:
2:55 Tipperary: Sir Abbot; 11/8 William Hill
