ALAN BRAZIL'S BLASTS |

 | In association with the Alan Brazil Racing Club, Betrescue have signed up the legendary striker and well known punter Alan Brazil, to give his views each week on the weekend's best betting opportunities.
Alan was one of the most exciting attacking footballers in the old First Division in a career which was sadly cut short by injury. He earned 13 Scottish international caps and played for Ipswich at the height of its glory, Man United, Spurs, Coventry and QPR. |
He then moved into broadcasting with his local station in Ipswich before taking to the TV screens with Anglia TV. That in turn led to a job as Sky’s Nationwide League and commentator, and Alan is now the lead presenter of the Breakfast Show on Talksport – the UK’s leading radio station.
Alan has always maintained a healthy interest in horse racing and eventually became an owner and runs the successful Alan Brazil Racing Club. Click here for further details..

Hello!
Football is here again so time to make my selctions for this weekend's Premiership matches in the hope of making us all some wedge! Looking for a six timer, my first bet at the odds has to be on Everton to beat Wigan at Goodison Park where they became very hard to beat last season. With Wigan starting with a revamped team and new manager they could well come unstuck against perhaps the best team spirit in the league, though I suspect a 1-0 scoreline as the Blues are hardly prolific scorers of late. Blackburn are a team on the up under Mark Hughes and I can see them staling all the points away to Middlesbrough who could be in for a tough season dabbling with relegation, while Tottenham should also take all the points on offer away to Sunderland if they are to mount a serious title challenge this season. On Sunday, it all looks pretty simple with three home bankers when Arsenal take on Fulham attempting to prove their many doubters all wrong despite the sale of Thierry Henry, Chelsea should have little difficulty in seeing off Birmingham and Manchester United should score a hat full against Reading at old Trafford.
On the hospitality front, Sir Ivor is now looking at setting up a trip to the races in the next couple of months IF he an get enough interest and this time we intend to open it up to members and non members so feel free to register your interest now via support@alanbrazilracing.com while the Royal Ascot newsletter was very well received and was available to members and non members so why not sign up for the Free newsletter NOW?
Good luck with all your bets.
Al
