Having just won on debut at Sligo, the well-bred GLENS FINALE (4:50) is fancied to step forward and follow up at Listowel.
The five-year-old is from the family of Glens Melody and travelled well before getting the better of a tussle with Egality Mans. Given that the runner-up is trained by Willie Mullins, the champion trainer will have a good idea of what is required and he saddles the favourite, Golazo. An easy winner at Ballinrobe last month, he is respected but Glens Finale should appreciate this longer trip and gets the nod.
