Paul Ferguson has three selections for us on Friday on the final day of this year’s Cheltenham Festival. | Free Bets |
The County Hurdle looks as competitive as ever and Karbau looks sure to go well from a class angle, for a stable who has an incredible record in this race. If the rain stays away, Wilful and SIXANDAHALF (2:00) would also be of interest and at the prices, the latter gets the each-way verdict.
Willie Mullins can take the concluding Martin Pipe with a similar type (lightly raced) KEL HISTOIRE (5:20). Better ground should suit and although not really competitive in a couple of races this season, his novice form is appealing. Should Sixandahalf go well in the County, Air Of Entitlement would enter calculations.
Last year’s Foxhunters winner WONDERWALL (4:40) is another who would prefer drier ground but if he gets his conditions (rain expected overnight), will be fancied to go back-to-back.
Friday’s selections:
2:00 Cheltenham – Sixandahalf; 14/1 Bet365
4:40 Cheltenham – Wonderwall; 11/2 Ladbrokes
5:20 Cheltenham – Kel Histoire; 4/1 Betfred
