Paul Ferguson has one selection for us on Saturday; Gentleman Toboot in the 3.22 at Chepstow. | Free Bets |
All of the British courses faces early-morning precautionary inspections, so it is very much hoped that we get to see some racing today. Although the best of the action comes from Aintree and Sandown, I’m heading to Wales for the day’s sole selection, which comes in the concluding bumper from Chepstow. Third on Rules debut at Newton Abbot, Gentleman Toboot (3:22) really took the eye with how he moved through the race and looked like he would improve for the outing. The form hasn’t really been tested yet but the runner-up is set to run in a Listed contest on Sunday and this former Point-to-Point winner did look a future winner. His connections won this race last year with Jurancon.
Saturday’s selection:
3:22 Chepstow – Gentleman Toboot;
