He ran well when runner-up to a well treated horse at Aintree and, though he’s gone up 6lbs since, conditions look right for another bold showing.
Up at Doncaster another that will hopefully be an each-way price is RIO BRAVO (1:00) in the novices’ handicap hurdle.
Graeme McPherson’s six-year-old ran well when runner-up on his return before pulling up at Exeter when failing to get home. The drop back in trip ought to suit and he remains on a fair looking mark.
