Check on all the latest injury news ahead of this weekend’s Premier League fixtures before you place your bets.

Everton v Wolves
EVERTON look set to give Phil Jagielka an injection in his toe so he can play while Marouane Fellaini comes back into midfield after his suspension and Phil Neville is fine following a slight knock. Mick McCarthy’s WOLVES are nearly at full strength and the likes of Kevin Doyle and Stephen Ward return from Ireland injury free but Jody Craddock (ankle) is still absent

Man City v Newcastle
Sergio Aguero has recovered for MAN CITY after a groin strain but he may be rested and Samir Nasri (knee) faces a short spell out but captain Vincent Kompany is back from suspension and Owen Hargreaves is fit but wont play. NEWCASTLE’s Cheik Tiote (knee) misses out and is joined on the sidelines by Sylvain Marveaux (groin), Gabriel Obertan (toe) and Leon Best (groin).

Norwich v Arsenal
Bradley Johnson and Russell Martin both return to the NORWICH side but Daniel Ayala (knee) and Zak Whitbread (hamstring) are still out while Elliot Ward (knee) is facing more surgery. ARSENAL’s Kieron Gibbs (hernia) is facing up to five weeks out and fellow full-back Carl Jenkinson (back) is also injured while Abou Diaby (ankle) and Jack Wilshere (hamstring) remain out.

Stoke v QPR
STOKE can welcome back trio Ryan Shawcross, Matthew Etherington and Marc Wilson but it is one game too soon for Ricardo Fuller (Achilles) and Mamady Sidibe (knee) is long term. Matthew Connolly (leg) will have to miss out again for QPR while DJ Campbell’s (foot) long recovery is making progress but both Fitz Hall and Akos Buzsaky could both play, pending fitness tests.

Sunderland v Fulham
SUNDERLAND ‘keepers Craig Gordon (knee) and Simon Mignolet (head) are both absent so Keiran Westwood will deputise again, Sebastian Larsson is suspended and Titus Bramble, Connor Wickham and Frazier Campbell (all knee) are all out. Stephen Kelly (groin) joins FULHAM’s Aaron Hughes (thigh) and Zdenek Grygera (knee) on the sidelines and Steve Sidwell will be monitored.

Swansea v Man United
Steven Caulker (knee) is out again for SWANSEA but a number of returning players, including Neil Taylor, Stephen Dobbie and Scott Sinclair, will give Brendan Rodgers selection questions. MAN UNITED’s Tom Cleverley (ankle) is out until Christmas and is joined by Michael Owen (thigh) but Danny Welbeck, Ryan Giggs and Anderson should all be fine if required.

West Brom v Bolton
WEST BROM striker Shane Long (knee) picked up an injury on international duty and so will miss out while fellow striker Peter Odemwingie (knee) is doubtful and Paul Scharner (also knee) will be assessed. Young defender Joe Riley will turn out for BOLTON again but trio Dedryck Boyata (ankle), Marcos Alonso (foot) and Ricardo Gardner (knock) are all out injured for Owen Coyle.

Wigan v Blackburn
As Gary Caldwell returns from suspension for WIGAN, Antolin Alcaraz begins a three-match ban while Chris Kirkland should be fine after a slight back problem so Roberto Martinez has a nearly-full squad to choose form. BLACKBURN’s Jason Lowe is out suspended and Simon Vukcevic (nose) is sidelined but Christopher Samba makes an early return along with Scott Dann and Michel Salgado.

Chelsea v Liverpool – Sun
CHELSEA’s Didier Drogba is available after suspension and surgery and Florent Malouda should be fine after a knock before the international break giving Andre Villas-Boas a clean bill of health. LIVERPOOL expect Luis Suarez to recover from a minor back complaint and Jamie Carragher returns from a calf injury but Steven Gerrard (ankle) and Jack Robinson (ankle) are both out.

Tottenham v Aston Villa – Mon
TOTTENHAM are confident Rafael van der Vaart and Vedran Corluka will both be fit to feature on Monday but Michael Dawson (Achilles) and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) are definitely out and Niko Kranjcar (leg) is a doubt. Gabriel Agbonlahor (hamstring) and Stilian Petrov are both racing to be fit for ASTON VILLA and will be monitored but Jermaine Jenas is ineligible.
