Swans sweet in 11/2 treble

Sat 15.00: We have four Premier League selections this week including an 11/2 treble (Ladbrokes).

Despite picking up two 1-0 wins in two outings against Stoke and Bournemouth, Liverpool haven’t really found top gear so far. Nevertheless, the fact that his team have claimed maximum points will obviously encourage boss Brendan Rodgers, who knows that the Reds have more to offer and he should get a better idea of the level his new-look side is at as they travel to Arsenal next Monday.

Home advantage ensures the Gunners are Paddy Power’s 3/4 favourites with the Reds a 4/1 shot at BetVictor and Stan James post 3/1 against the mouth watering Emirates Stadium showdown finishing all square.

Arsenal’s mixed start to the campaign lends appeal to the latter and punters fancying the stalemate can take advantage of the generous odds of 15/2 posted by BetVictor against a 1-1 scoreline. Alternatively, Ladbrokes’s 15/4 about a score draw catches the eye and the two teams are 11/2 (bet365) to go in on level terms at the end of each half.

In terms of goals, it’s a safe-looking 4/6 at bet365 for both teams to get on the scoresheet and two players in particular stand out in terms of candidates to contribute to the match tally. Arsene Wenger’s charges looked significantly more dangerous with Alexis Sanchez back in the starting line-up at Crystal Palace and the Chilean tempts at 6/4 (Skybet) to find the net at any point.

At the other end meanwhile, Christian Benteke opened his Liverpool account against the Cherries on Monday and the powerful Belgian front man is 9/5 via Stan James to strike in North London.

Fresh from a 3-0 thumping of champions Chelsea, Premier League pacesetters Manchester City head to Everton as William Hill’s odds-on 8/11 jollies but although City’s great start is arguably the key to deciphering this contest, the Toffees (4/1, BetVictor) were hugely impressive at Southampton last weekend and can keep this one close.

Manuel Pellegrini’s men are worth considering then at 14/5 courtesy of Stan James to shade it by a one-goal margin and BetVictor mark 17/2 against a 2-1 away success.

Jose Mourinho claimed that the result at Man City wasn’t fair on his Chelsea side but in private the outspoken boss will probably have read his players the riot act and he’s likely to get an immediate response at the Hawthorns, where the Blues are 4/6 (Ladbrokes). Also set to secure a maximum haul are Crystal Palace, an alluring 17/20 at Skybet to overhaul Aston Villa and Swansea are a touch overpriced at 11/10 via William Hill to heap further misery on early strugglers Sunderland. Accumulator fans can combine Chelsea, Palace and the Swans in a treble at 11/2 (Ladbrokes).

Elsewhere, Hills quote West Ham at 11/8 as they prepare to welcome Bournemouth to Upton Park and a Watford win (9/5, Stan James) over Southampton isn’t out of the question at Vicarage Road. Leicester and Tottenham finally, are a tasty 5/2 at Winner.com to be inseparable at the King Power Stadium and Ladbrokes go 9/4 about Norwich sharing the spoils with Stoke.

Recommended Bets:
Alexis Sanchez to score at any time – 6/4 (Skybet)
Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Swansea treble – 11/2 (Ladbrokes)
Man City to beat Everton by one – 14/5 (Stan James)
Watford to beat Southampton – 9/5 (Stan James)
