Champion Bumper winner BAMBINO FEVER (4:50) can maintain her 100% record in the Grade 1 at Punchestown on Wednesday. Willie Mullins’ five-year-old won at this track before beating Switch From Diesel (re-opposes here) at the DRF. She was impressive at Cheltenham and can strike again under Jody Townend.
With Bambino Fever running in the Grade 1, the concluding mares bumper can go the way of SEO LINN (6:35). A winner at Cheltenham in November, she returned from a break to win the Grade 2 Nickel Coin at Aintree and drying ground is very much a positive.
