Ffos Las gets underway with a cracking novice hurdle, in which five previous winners set a high bar to the remainder. Four of those are already rated between 120 and 125, but a chance is taken on the returning CRYSTAL ISLAND (4:38) who looked good at Ascot in December and has been absent since. Nicky Henderson’s Crystal Ocean gelding can maintain his unbeaten record.
