Jumps racing was a washout – or a freeze out – on Sunday and in the slim hope that Lingfield goes ahead on Monday, there are a couple of selections from the Surrey venue.
Firstly, ROADLESSTRAVELLED (1:30) is worth chancing on chase debut as he looked hugely promising early last season and Beat The Bat hasn’t looked a complete natural.
And, BARON NOIR (2:30) gets the vote in a good looking novice hurdle. He’s a quicker horse than Legendary Luke and Kocktail Bleu needs to bounce back from a disappointing run, whereas Alan King’s runner looks progressive.
