New Zealand is now just 5/1 to win the cricket World Cup with Coral following their shock defeat of second favourites, South Africa.
Before toadys quarter final the Kiwi’s were a 2/1 underdog to win the match and the 20/1 rank outsiders to win outright.
“As one of the best backed teams of the tournament, the defeat of South Africa was a very favourable result for us. It also strengthens the chances of England, should they progress to the semi final,” Coral spokesman Gary Burton told betrescue.com
England were trimmed to 13-2 (from 8-1) to win the trophy. India remains the 11-8 favourites.
