Sat 15.00: Wolves (6/5, Betfred) combine with Barnsley and Bolton in a tempting 10/1 treble (Hills) in the Championship this weekend.
Wolves and Huddersfield are both locked on 48 points, just one above the Championship drop zone ahead of their six-pointer at Molineux but it’s Dean Saunders’s side that have the momentum as the two look to avoid relegation.
Wanderers, 6/5 chances at Betfred, have won four out of six and their two defeats were forgivable ones, away from home at two teams in the play-off hunt. The Terriers on the other hand have managed just one victory in five and failed to beat fellow strugglers Peterborough at home last week so they’re easy to oppose here.
Another team that can do their survival hopes the power of good are Barnsley. The Tykes’ derby defeat at Sheffield Wednesday is their only league defeat in seven outings and in their last two games they’ve registered draws at leaders Cardiff and high-flying Crystal Palace. At home meanwhile, David Flitcroft’s troops have won three on the spin and they’re a generous 13/10 (Coral) to make it four as they host mid-table Charlton.
Finally, completing a tasty 10/1 treble are Bolton. The Trotters are very much in the play off hunt having carded seven wins in nine attempts and they’re a corking 11/8 courtesy of Stan James to register another success at a rock bottom Bristol City side all but relegated.
