It’s not the most inspiring of days on Monday, but Musselburgh stages a relatively interesting four-runner novices’ hurdle.
All four would have claims, but preference is for DOCTOR DEX (12:45) who finished just ahead of Nefyn Point when runner-up in a Perth bumper back in April. Tom George’s five-year-old also finished second on his recent reappearance at Chepstow and should be capable of winning races over hurdles.
Kim Bailey’s Thibault completes the line-up and he shaped with promise in a Kempton novice four weeks ago.
