Pulled-up on his return to action at the Punchestown Festival, OUT OF THE LOOP (7:40) needs to prove he retains the ability he showed as a novice, but he’s a fascinating runner in a beginners chase at Roscommon.
Still only six, the son of Shantou impressed when winning a couple of handicap hurdles either side of Christmas 2017 and that Punchestown race was his first start in more than 14 months. This trip is probably on the sharp side for him, but if he jumps well his class could see him prevail.
