Tipperary stages a cracking beginners chase on Tuesday, in which CAPTAIN GUINNESS (3:50) is fancied to make a winning debut over fences.
The five-year-old was having just this third ever racecourse appearance when brought down in the Supreme (still going well) and he remains open to any amount of improvement.
This is no penalty kick on debut, with Soviet Pimpernel and the JP McManus trio (Unexcepted possibly feared most judged on his Irish debut last November) offering up a good test, but Captain Guinness looks a high-class prospect.
