Fergie’s Saturday double

Paul Ferguson has two selections for us on Saturday; King’s Trail in the 4.28 at Kempton and Moore Brion 4.55 at Uttoxeter. | Free Bets |

The conditions stakes at Kempton looks a decent contest, with three once raced debutant winners among the nine runners, one being course-and-distance winner KING’S TRAIL (4:28). The Sea The Stars colt holds an entry in the 2000 Guineas and the Derby, and created a really good impression when justifying odds on favouritism in December.

The form of the Market Rasen success of MOORE BRION (4:55) hasn’t been tested but he looked useful on debut and can defy the penalty in the Uttoxeter bumper. The penny dropped late on and Olly Murphy has been patient with the Doctor Dino gelding.

Saturday’s selections:
4:28 Kempton – King’s Trail; 10/11 William Hill
4:55 Uttoxeter – Moore Brion; 15/8 Betfred
