Alan King runs a couple of nice handicappers at Newmarket on Friday, although the drop in trip is a minor concern with Kurakka in the opener. The longer trip certainly suited INSANITY (3:00) at Ayr and he gets another furlong to run at here. Up just 3lb, he can go well again in a typically competitive renewal of the bet365 Trophy so back him each-way.
Over in Ireland, THE DANNY FEELING (5:45) was a bumper winner for this column in May and can land the 2m1f maiden hurdle at Cork. He ran over hurdles at Listowel last September and is fancied to beat Eternal Angel, who showed useful form in Britain for Nicky Henderson.
