Premier League Betting Preview

Chris Hutcheon pinpoints the money making opportunities in the Premier League 2025 season.  Live Scores | Free Bets.

Live on Sky Sports: Thursday 19:30. Nottingham Forest v Brentford. After the disappointment of losing the FA Cup semi-final, Nottingham Forest turn their attention to Champions League qualification. They are 23/20 favourites with BoyleSports to overcome Brentford on Thursday night, with William Hill offering 3/1 that the Midlands side claim a victory along with both teams scoring.

The Bees should be nicely rested and there could be merit in backing the 23/10 with Betfred that Thomas Frank’s side claim a win. You can get 5/2 with bet365 that the clash ends all square, with Bryan Mbeumo in excellent form. He can be punted at 15/2 with Ladbrokes to score the opening goal.

Live on Sky Sports: Friday 20:00. Man City v Wolves. Manchester City booked their place in the FA Cup final on Sunday and they now entertain Wolves on Friday night. Pep Guardiola’s side are strong favourites at 4/11 with bet365 to get the job done against a Wanderers team who are in excellent form. It wouldn’t be a huge shock if they sprang a surprise win and Betfred go 8/1 that the Midlands side land a victory.

Ladbrokes offer 4/1 that the clash ends all square and there’s plenty to be said for the visitors, with Matheus Cunha priced at 9/1 with bet365 to score the opener. Omar Marmoush is a 7/2 chance with the same bookie.

Live on TNT Sports 1: Saturday 12:30. Aston Villa v Fulham. Aston Villa are still in the race to qualify for the Champions League but they need to string together some wins. They’re big favourites to beat Fulham in this Saturday lunchtime encounter, with BoyleSports offering 8/11 that Unai Emery’s side get the job done. However, there’s no pressure on the Cottagers who are an 18/5 chance with Betfred to win in the Midlands.

The draw is chalked up at 3/1 with Coral and we think this could be a high-scoring clash. You can get 8/11 that both teams find the net and we like the 15/8 with Bet365 that there are Over 3.5 Goals.

Saturday 15:00;

Everton have their penultimate game at Goodison Park and bet365 make them an enticing 8/13 that the Toffees are able to beat a relegated Ipswich Town side. It looks a decent price considering that the Merseyside team will be highly motivated. We like the 17/10 with William Hill that David Moyes’ side win without conceding, while a 3-0 victory can be backed at 11/1 with bet365.

It’s the battle of the relegated sides at the King Power on Saturday. Leicester City are 5/4 favourites with Ladbrokes to claim a victory against Southampton. It’s a game where the Saints will look to avoid that record-low points total and they’re available at 5/2 with Coral to win. We’re expecting plenty of goals and Betfred have a tempting 4/5 that there are Over 2.5.

Live on Sky Sports: Saturday 17:30. Arsenal v AFC Bournemouth. Arsenal play Bournemouth in a Saturday teatime encounter although they might be distracted by the Champions League semi-final tie with PSG. It explains why the Gunners can be punted at 17/20 with Coral to claim a victory at the Emirates Stadium against a Cherries side who have only lost four on the road all season.

Betfred have 3/1 that Andoni Iraola’s side claim a win and there’s plenty to like about the 11/4 with Coral that the clash ends all square. Bet365 offer 16/1 about a 2-2 correct score which is what recently happened when Arsenal played Crystal Palace.

Live on Sky Sports: Sunday 14:00. Brighton & Hove Albion v Newcastle Utd. Brighton have only lost three times at home this season and they’re 9/5 with Betfred to overcome Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon. Their opponents are chasing Champions League football and Bet365 quote 6/4 that Eddie Howe’s side claim a victory although they were recently thumped 4-1 by Aston Villa.

Coral have 13/5 that the clash ends all square, with a Newcastle win and both teams to score priced at 3/1 with bet365. Alexander Isak is chasing Mo Salah in the Golden Boot race and the Swede is 9/2 with Ladbrokes to score the opening goal of the game.

Sunday 14:00;

Manchester United’s torrid season continues with a trip to the Gtech Stadium. It comes hard on the heels of a Europa League clash against Athletic Bilbao. It explains why BoyleSports make the Red Devils a 7/2 chance to win. This could be a home banker, with Brentford having the capacity to rack up goals. Betfred’s 8/11 about a win for the Bees might not last until kick-off.

West Ham United have had a sorry campaign although they’re favourites to win this London derby against Tottenham Hotspur. Graham Potter’s side are 11/8 with Betfred to beat opposition who were thrashed 5-1 at Anfield and might be more focused on their Europa League engagement with Bodo/Glimt. Spurs are a 9/5 chance with Ladbrokes although the bet we like is the Hammers to win and BTTS Yes at 11/4 with bet365.

Live on Sky Sports: Sunday 16:30. Chelsea v Liverpool. Liverpool have been crowned champions and will get a guard of honour at Stamford Bridge. They’ll be looking to finish the season strongly and you can get 11/5 with William Hill that the Reds beat a Chelsea side whose motivation might be greater. However, some might argue that the Blues are a little on the short side at 23/20 with Coral.

After all, they only beat Everton 1-0 last weekend and perhaps Liverpool can crush their Champions League hopes. Mohamed Salah comes up against his former club and he’s 6/1 with bet365 to score the opening goal. Nicolas Jackson might be the best shout for Chelsea and he’s the same price with the same bookie.

Live on Sky Sports: Monday 20:00. Crystal Palace v Nottingham Forest. Crystal Palace are marginal favourites to beat Nottingham Forest in this Monday night clash. Ladbrokes has 11/8 that the Eagles win in front of a noisy Selhurst Park, although it’s their opponents who might have the sharper focus. Betfred chalk up 2/1 that Nuno Espirito Santo’s side come away with three points.

If the visitors do win, it might well come without conceding a goal. BoyleSports have 9/2 that Forest win without conceding. The draw can’t be discounted at 12/5 with Coral, although the way in which Eberechi Eze has been performing means he could be the best first scorer pick at 17/2 with bet365.
