As we edge closer to the Cheltenham Festival, Sandown stages a typically competitive card on Saturday with the EBF Final and Imperial Cup looking deep renewals. The former sees several improving types take each other on, with SCORPIO RISING (1:50) a likely leading contender for Olly Murphy and Sean Bowen. Winner of his last three starts, he’s up 7lb for his Windsor win, form which has since been franked by Harry Lowes. Kaka’s Cousin, back up in trip, is another I’d have plenty of time for.
