Rory McIlroy is Paddy Power‘s 5/1 Market leader to continue his amazing run and land the big money in this weeks final Fedex Cup playoff the 30 man Tour Championship at East Lakes Atlanta,Rory has an obvious chance but I prefer Tiger Woods at 11/2 with Betfred. Woods is not playing badly at present but for the first time in his career it is the young Irishman who is getting the top billing and one senses Woods is relishing the challenge and is hot on his trail and the current rivalry is really great for the game.
This course will really suit Luke Donald who looks overpriced at 20/1 with Boylesports this week while those who are looking for a big price each way contender should grab the 40/1 with Skybet about Brandt Snedeker whom I I reckon should be half those odds.The each way terms this week are 1/4 the first 4 but I suppose with only 30 runners that is fair enough and one other point to note is there is no cut this week.
With no action on European Tour this week those European Ryder Cup players not involved in Tour Championship in Atlanta can rest ahead of next weeks eagerly anticipated action in Medinah where USA are marginal Market leaders to regain The Ryder Cup even at this stage it looks like another thriller is in prospect just like this week in Atlanta where Tiger and Rory are expected to battle it out for the big bucks it is not a two man race but if you read all the hype locally it sure seems that there are only two men in Town!
