The longer trip should suit KNIGHT OF ALLEN (3:55) and although better ground would have been preferred, he can win a competitive looking novice handicap chase. A course winner earlier in the season, he can be backed each-way (7/1 at the time of writing).
The William Hill Hurdle is equally as competitive and although I think Un Sens A La Vie is well treated, preference on the ground is for the aptly named LET IT RAIN (3:20). She will need to settle better than at Ascot but there is no denying her potential from a mark of just 124.
